Shepherd Automations ("we", "us", "our") is the trading name of Shepherd Automations Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17444958, registered office at 258 Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth, United Kingdom, WD3 8EA. 2. What information we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your first and last name, work email address, company name and website, role, company size, and any details you share about your project or business.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any special category data (such as health or financial information) through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for an introductory call, and, if you choose to proceed, deliver our services to you. We do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. Our legal basis for processing

We process your information on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries from people who have chosen to contact us) and, where you go on to engage us for services, to take steps toward and perform that contract.

5. Who we share it with

We use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) as a third-party service to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. Your submission passes through FormSubmit's systems in order to reach us. We do not share your information with any other third party, except where required by law.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the jsdelivr content delivery network for parts of the site's visual design (three.js and GSAP). When your browser requests these files, Google or jsdelivr may process your IP address as part of that request. If you use the WhatsApp link on our Contact page, that opens WhatsApp's own service, which is operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for our business and legal records. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our processing of it, and ask for a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact Eoin@ShepherdAutomations.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

This website does not currently use cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
